The Hôtel de la Mer enjoys an exceptional location on the Massena Square, a pedestrian zone in the heart of Nice. For this reason, the hotel does not have private parking and it is Difficult to park or stop in front of the establishment.

Here are the two closest public parking solutions (just a 2-minute walk):

1. Parking Courtesy (3 Rue Alexandre Mari): Located in the old town. The rate is approximately €25 per 24h. This is the most direct option.

2. Interparking Sulzer Parking Located on the Promenade des Anglais, at the entrance to the old town. We do not have specific rates for this parking, but it is also very close to the hotel.

These two parking lots are equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles.

• From Nice Ville train station: A 20-minute walk, or a 12-minute tram ride (line 1 - Masséna stop)
